Acceptance of These Terms
By using this website or placing an order you agree to these Terms of Service, our Shipping Policy, our Return & Refund Policy and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the store.
Eligibility and Accounts
You must be at least 18 years old to order, and your order must be shippable to the destination shown at checkout. If you create an account you are responsible for keeping your credentials safe and for activity that happens under your account.
Products, Fit and Accuracy
Product photographs are taken of real items, but screens, lighting and editing can shift colour and shade, so a delivered item may differ slightly in tone from the images shown. Fit varies between the men’s / unisex, women’s and youth cuts we stock — always check your measurements against our Size Guide before ordering. Names, team references and designs are used for identification only.
Pricing and Payment
Prices are shown in US dollars (USD) and may change without notice. Payment is taken at checkout through the payment methods we display and is processed by our payment providers. We may decline or cancel an order where a price or stock level is listed incorrectly, where the item cannot be shipped to your destination, or where we reasonably suspect fraud; if payment has already been taken we refund it in full.
Order Acceptance
Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we dispatch the goods, not when the order is placed. We may refuse or limit orders where stock is unavailable, an order appears fraudulent, or we cannot ship to the destination.
Shipping and Delivery
Processing times, dispatch times, fees, carriers and delivery estimates are set out in our Shipping Policy. Please read it before ordering — delivery windows are estimates, not guarantees.
Returns and Refunds
Our Return & Refund Policy forms part of these Terms and sets out the return window, condition requirements and refund process.
Intellectual Property
All content on this site — designs, layouts, text, images, logos and the store name — belongs to us or our licensors and may not be copied, reproduced or used commercially without permission. Our store is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by any professional sports league, club or team. Team names, logos and related marks belong to their respective owners and are used to identify the products we sell.
Acceptable Use
You may not use the store for anything unlawful, attempt to gain unauthorised access, interfere with the site’s operation, scrape content at scale, or resell our products commercially without a written agreement.
Limitation of Liability
The store and its content are provided on an "as available" basis. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the store, and our total liability in relation to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, and nothing here limits your statutory consumer rights.
Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which our registered entity is established, and the courts of that jurisdiction have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute. If your local consumer law gives you greater rights, this does not limit them. We aim to resolve any dispute by email within 30 days of receiving the details, so please contact us first at fanservice2026@outlook.com.

We may update these Terms from time to time; the version in force is the one published on this page when your order is placed. Continuing to use the store after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
